Bay Health Solutions (BHS) is the partnership between Bay Aging & Peninsula Agency on Aging, who serve adjacent geographical areas in eastern Virginia. Through this partnership, individuals will be better served through the strengths of the two agencies who serve a combined larger geographical area than as individual organizations.
